Not only should the techno bumping, neon infused, candy kids be up in arms,
but the mass public as well.
As in a growing trend these days, the bill is written so vague that it not only impedes upon weekend long musical festivals, but is severely open for abuse as it defines a rave as:
public events at night which play prerecorded music for more than 3 & a half hours.
