man falsely imprisoned for 17 years hit with child support

DNA has cleared rape charges against a man who was imprisoned 17 years on the false allegation.
Instead of an apology by the state of Washington, the man has had his wages garnished
due to the fact that he owed $111k in child support all the years he spent in jail.
How preposterous, the man has no ability to pay, yet the chupacabras still aim for the jugular...

In researching, I've come across many accounts of those falsely accused of rape
being freed due to DNA evidence after serving double-digit years in prison:
-DNA clears CT man of rape after 17 years in prison

-DNA clears TX man of rape after 31 years in prison

-DNA clears TX man of rape after 17 years in prison

-DNA clears TX man of rape after 27 years in prison

-DNA clears Pittsburgh man of rape after 19 years in prison

-DNA clears Atlanta man of rape after 21 years in prison

-DNA clears Detroit man of rape after 17 years in prison

-DNA clears TX man of rape after 24 years in prison

-DNA clears TX man of rape after 20 years in prison

Now I'm not saying that rape is not an issue,
in my opinion it is indeed one of the most heinous acts one can commit,
but obviously it has some serious issues that need to be addressed.
United States is the leader in rape charges, nearly double the numbers of #2: South Africa.
In that region, Army Colonels have been convicted of actually ordering mass rapes.
500 alone between July & September of 2010.

In New York City alone, rapes were up 15% in 2010

Highest number of serial rapes occur in California
Obviously there's sickos out there who could use a proper castration,
but false accusations could ruin not only ones career but their entire life.
Which is heinous in itself.
