Mistaken Stupidity

Though it's a bit of old news now, I'd like to bring to attention an incident which took place on 12/10
in which an innocent California man armed with a water nozzle was mistakenly shot by police.
The man had just arrived home when a concerned neighbor failed to recognize him and called the cops.
When police arrived on the scene they gave no warning & fired 20 rounds, fatally murdering him.
Be careful with your super soakers these days, they hype these goons up with fears of terrorism
to the point where these trigger happy cronies shoot at will.
These things tend to happen in California far too often and in my opinion should shed a spotlight on the whole system from which they sprout.
So far the police officers have taken a leave and an investigation is underway by the LA District Attorneys office, otherwise known as "the fox guarding the hen house".

Some updates on the investigation.
