Senior Federal agent for the ATF John Dodson publicly admits
the ATF knowingly allows U.S. firearms into the hands of Mexican drug cartels.
This man puts his career & life on the line to let it be known that America has yet again put weapons in the hands of "the enemy".
Formerly it was brought to the attention that the U.S. trained "special forces" of the Mexican military at Fort Benning, Georgia.
These soldiers then deserted and went to work for the cartels and are now known as "Los Zetas".
So to be clear, we not only give them the weapons, but train them as well.
How long before we offer "the solution" to get our foot in the door?
The solution definitely isn't:
- canceling plans to build the virtual border fence,
our only line of defense against the torrent of illegals which flood in annually,
- using biometric identification such as iris scanning & facial recognition to curb violence,
- allowing more illegals to enter the country thru amnesty measures such as the DREAM act,
or
- reaching agreements to lift the ban which prevented Mexican trucks from clogging U.S. highways.
Warfare undertaken by the Mexican cartels over the last 4 years has killed nearly 35k by January of this year (nearly 31k being execution-style killings)
A death toll nearly as high as that of the Vietnam war in half the time.
The murders jumped 60% in 2010, higher than the death toll in Afghanistan.
More Americans are killed by illegals annually than in Iraq:
