largest earthquake drill in US history begins

The Federal Emergency Agency is currently conducting National Level Exercise 2011 (NLE11).

In the past, 
a National Level Exercise was responsible for the evacuation of 70k people from central Texas.
As well as a reliable fuel vendor & hydration supplies.

the report estimates at least 3,500 people would be killed and more than 80,000 others hurt,”

- 7 million people homeless
- 2.6 million households without power
- $300 Billion economic impact

An incredible addition to this story is the fact that
despite the government planning for a major seismic event to soon occur in the United States,
only a month before the Great Central US shakeout (as it is dubbed)
the Obama administration scrapped a program that would provide early warning for earthquakes.
This is where the American governments hypocrisy comes into play.
Whether you believe it or not, the US government has admitted 
weapons technology has been developed capable of triggering earthquakes, & modifying weather.

In 1997 Secretary of Defense William Cohen spoke of countries:
"engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves."

There have been many references to the existence of such technology, 
 "prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action to adopt and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons"
HAARP, though land-based, uses an array of antennas to heat up & bounce off the ionosphere, 
essentially space.

Further back, there also remained the Environmental Modification Convention of 1978
prohibiting military or hostile use of environmental modification techniques.

HAARP has been blamed for multiple earthquake events around the world.
The EU parliament recently issued warnings in regards saying:
“HAARP is a project of which the public is almost completely unaware, 
and this needs to be remedied.”
Allegations do not cease at quakes, many have blamed HAARP for the Pakistan floods,
& Russia's fire as well,

Motive?
2 weeks before the Japanese quake,
it was reported the Japanese government were rethinking their relationship with the US.

Interestingly enough, not soon there after, the HAARP website was taken offline,
where it remained as such for weeks and was only restored recently, 
Coincidentally the same action was taken in 2003 immediately after the terror alert was raised to high
and shortly before the occurrence of a major earthquake in California.

HAARP has also been fingered behind the deaths of specific individuals, 
such as Senator Ted Stevens (a major opponent of BP during the Gulf oil spill)
