US aid: Israel vs. US tornado victims

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) submitted a budget of $56.3 billion for fiscal year 2011,
the bulk of which to be used for security, terrorism prevention, & immigration enforcement.
FEMA comes under DHS power.
Of this budget, a paltry $1.95 billion is earmarked for DHS's Disaster Relief Fund.
Which includes
- $2.75 billion for the purchase of 20 F-35's
&
-  $205 million for up to 10 'Iron Dome' batteries.

So we are giving Israel, a billion dollars more this year,
then we have alotted for our disaster relief here at home?
Essentially we are funding more money to aid in a foreign bodies genocide ,
rather than using it to save the lives of American citizens here at home?

April 16th: 60 tornadoes erupt in 7 states, 28 in North Carolina,
which evens out to an average of $595.70 each
