I do not particularly like Kissinger, but twisting each of his words to make him look like a super villain is bs. Population growth and life expectency are directly correlating. The higher the birth rate, the poorer the country. By encouraging poeple in those countries to invest into fewer but better educated children is economically and ethically the right policy. Even if his reason for demanding those politics are purely economical and sound rather cynical. Kissinger is rith in this aspect.
who's twisting words? this is a direct quote.... and you are wrong in your assumption that "population growth and life expectancy are directly correlating", you have no basis for this statement, if you do a general search, you will get mixed answers to this aged old debate: http://ann.sagepub.com/content/369/1/98.abstract additionally you're mistaken to believe that Kissinger and the myriad of philanthropists who tote this generalized idea that a culling of the masses is a just cause, intend to truly educate any civilization, more then likely (if any)a misguided education is exerted solely to thwart dissidence or opposition baring no benefit to their individual agenda, minus what's best for whichever nation it intends to bomb with DU or what have you... this nation fails to offer its own citizens a proper education, nevermind trampling foreign earth & forcing Americas ideology down others gullets. Kissinger doesn't desire an educated people, more then likely (in my opinion) he desires a beehive with his brood bloated of royal jelly. Memorandum 200 is not in the best interest of humankind, but rather the elitist agenda. This is Eugenics disguised as environmentalism, peace bombs abroad. Forget what you have been sold, what's good for the goose, is not suitable for the gander. If mass population reduction is their goal, may they please set the example and begin with themselves, for they've only ill will.
