Southern California is getting darker daily,
as of late they've seen a:-10% increase in families late on their utility bills
-20% increase in requests for utility bill assistance
A failing economy has spelled doom for families livelihood in the area.
As utility prices rise, lights are going out.
Turning many neighborhoods into ghost towns, and setting families back into medieval times.
