Louisiana: Oil State

Is Louisiana the modern day version of Sodom & Gomorrah
first Katrina, then the BP spill, and now this.
I'm not very superstitious, but one might believe all the voodoo in the area has stirred up bad juju.
For this is far too ironic considering our current events,
and even more convenient for a carbon tax our socialist regime at the White House prescribes.

A tugboat pulling a barge through the Gulf of Mexico
65 miles south of New Orleans
ruptures an "orphaned" wellhead sending a plume of crude oil 20 feet in the air.
The wellhead was situated only 6 feet below the sea and belongs to a company called Cedyco
whom the USA Today reports is out of business and has yet to be reached.

The New Orleans area of the Gulf of Mexico is no place for a pelican these days.... or a fisherman!
At this point, even Jed Clampett would be proud:
