Obama Care

Buried in the 2009 Stimulus law
is a stipulation that Electronic Health Records for every citizen be due by 2014
sharing a multitude of personal info such as body mass index, drugs they take or are prescribed, smoker/non-smoker, immunizations, etc.
stored in a government databaseeach citizen will have their own dossier
complete with every characteristic of their body,
ailments, allergies, etc.

Here's the criteria

this begins to look more and more like Nazi Germany everyday.
when so many puppeteers of the upper echelon are suggesting population control mandates to be put in effect
rumors of single child policies loom, and many products and foods we've cherished for so long turn out to be tainted
(the majority of which who's prolonged intake sterilize the human body)
should we really trust them with our livelihood?
have they really earned it?
Let's ask Hurricane Katrina victims, or Americans who live near the Mexican border,
or Louisiana fishermen?

Upon proposal, Obama promised premiums would drop as low as 3000%
In that case: if you normally paid $5,000 a year, you'd be getting $145,000 back annually on the new plan, which means they'd be paying you for coverage.

Many doctors actively speak of closing up shop before the 2014 plan goes into effect
more so physicians who are of retirement age
as this will surely be a burden to their practice
and with so many physicians speaking of closing, one cant help but notice that
half of the countrys physicians are of retirement age

and with 32 million people expected to get health care in 2014 fears loom over
whether or not the citizens will be able to find a doctor

estimates of 125k physician shortages by 2020
insurance prices to rise
no guarantee of keeping your current physician
and estimates that 16 million people will lose there health care
and not to mention, if the economy takes the plunge that nearly all analysts are predicting
then how will the populous afford health care? we can't all be on free plans if there's no "spreading the wealth"

the plan to overturn the health care bill is halfway there, with
109 house reps signatures already on board,
opposition only strengthens the premise that there's major flaws in the bill

a better substitution would be Ron Paul's proposed
Private Option Health Care Act, which would:
- provide citizens with a tax credit covering 100% of medical costs
- rolling over unused amounts
- provide a tax credit for high price premiums
- repeals the 7.5% threshold for deduction of medical expenses, thus making all medical expenses tax deductible
- allows citizens to acquire physicians across state lines, for a more competitive market
- fair compensation for those harmed during treatment (malpractice)
- lower prescription drug prices by importing approved FDA drugs (free market trade)
thus this gives health care control back to the people rather than to the government and medical corporations which currently control it under the new bill

the American Center for Law & Justice has deemed the bill Unconstitutional
and has filed a lawsuit to overturn stating that forcing citizens to buy health care
is a violation of Constitutional & religious rights
Virginia also followed with a suit
