Social Security is broke, the money isn't being stashed away for our retirement,
it's being doled out as soon as it enters the system.
Meaning in the future, when we're old & brittle and need it the most,
we will be relying on those who are working at that point in time.
Hopefully the program will still be up and running,
and seeing that the U.S. fertility rate is declining at snowball rates
(2% in 2008 & an additional 2.7% in 2009)
hopefully there will be enough workers to cover the benefits.
As this will surely lead to economic decline in the long run.
