Connect the Tarballs

Hundreds of dead penguins wash up on Brazil's beaches,
autopsies revealed the penguins starved to death but the ultimate cause is unknown.
Nearly a month later oil washes ashore on the beaches of Brazil.
The origin at this time is unknown.

Hmmmm...? Oil....? Penguins...?
Could it possibly be connected?

Could hundreds of thousands of fish washing up on the Atlantic seaboard be connected?

How about tarballs reaching as far north as NYC.

Millions of sea shells which formerly belonged to living marine creatures washing up daily on the beaches of Pakistan?

Phytoplankton (whose numbers have reportedly seriously decreased)
blooming off the coast of Ireland,
which just so happen to feed on oil, by the way.

Scary indeed once you consider:
Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif) fights to block any investigation into the BP oil spill
the worlds largest oil spill to date
and highly regarded opponents who actively criticize the disaster such as Matt Simmons
mysteriously drown in their own hot tub.
