Training for Terror

6 American cities will be training postal workers
to deliver "anti-terror" drugs.
So in the case of terrorist attack postal workers will be allowed to deliver critical medication
needed in the advance of biological attack or other life threatening crisis.
The program will cost taxpayers $1 million per city.
The White House refuses to name which cities but St. Minneapolis was the first to be trained.

Recently postal workers began to confirm that
special rooms were being constructed in postal offices.
These rooms would not be spoken of and were guarded by security.
They are no doubt "criminal investigation units"
run by the federal arm of the postal service,
the United States Postal Inspection Service
but as with most things will probably serve dual purposes.

Many schools have already been locked down to prepare for emergency
as drills have already taken place to prepare teachers and children for terror.

The Department of Homeland Security
has already enlisted the help of pastors and other clergymen
to ease civil unrest if martial law is imposed.
Ensuring the shepherds submit their flocks.

This is all a part of the controversial
Model State Emergency Health Powers Act
to control epidemics and prevent bio-terrorism.
Critics point out that under this act even influenza could qualify as an "emergency".
Pointing out it "could turn governors into dictators" and declaring it
"an unprecedented assault on the constitutional rights of the American people."

In times of martial law all firearms are confiscated by police and national guard
as seen in Louisiana during Hurricane Katrina
where even in areas unaffected by the floods,
gun owners were forced to turn over their arms
a clear violation of the 2nd amendment.

The National Security & Homeland Security Presidential Directive
established by Bush on May 9th, 2007
bypasses congressional oversight and
gives dictatorial powers to the president whom can issue a "state of emergency" at will.
It also places the secretary of Homeland Security in charge of domestic "security"

The Posse Comitatus Act
which prevents US troops from policing on US soil
was decimated with the twin towers.
