Take a Stand

At an art fair in Portland, Oregon thrown by Last Thursday,
a small business enterprise was shutdown for failing to obtain a $120 temporary restaurant license.
The issue: the "owner" was 7 years old.
The business: a lemonade stand
The young entrepreneur had recently seen cartoon pig Olivia running one and decided to do the same.
Apparently even if the stand was on their front lawn they would still need a license.
